These Terms of Service (the â€œTermsâ€) govern your access to and use of the Uvuga platform and website (uvuga.com) and related services (collectively, the â€œServiceâ€). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, along with any policies incorporated by reference. Uvuga reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Uvuga is an app discovery platform that aggregates information about software applications and furnishes direct links to the corresponding apps as hosted on Google Play. Uvuga does not host, distribute, sell, or install apps directly through uvuga.com. Listings may include descriptions, ratings, screenshots, and other metadata sourced from developers or third parties. The Service is intended to facilitate discovery and access, not to provide the apps themselves.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the overall design, is owned by Uvuga or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Service, provided you do not remove or alter any notices. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works, requires prior written permission from Uvuga or the respective rights holder. Trademarks appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

4. Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

Uvugaâ€™s Service includes links to third-party apps that are hosted on Google Play. Uvuga does not host, operate, or control these apps, and does not guarantee their content, safety, security, or availability. The use of any linked app is governed by the terms of service and policies of Google Play and the respective app developers. You access and use linked apps at your own risk, and you agree to comply with Google Playâ€™s terms and the applicable third-party terms.

5. User Content and Conduct

Users may submit content to the Service, such as reviews or comments. By submitting content, you grant Uvuga a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content in connection with the Service and its promotion. You warrant that you own or have the rights to the content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. Uvuga reserves the right to remove or modify user content at any time and for any reason.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access, distributing malware, impersonating others, or violating applicable laws or rights of third parties. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Service.

UVUGA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SECURITY. UVUGA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. IN NO EVENT SHALL UVUGA, ITS AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO THE ABOVE LIABILITY LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY LAW.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Uvuga and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

Uvuga may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on uvuga.com and indicate an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without the prior written consent of Uvuga.
